&WARREN is a creative company. Kind of like an advertising agency without the media department. Without any departments, actually.
We're simply creatively driven people who believe that there is no status in status quo.
Not when it comes to brand positioning and communications strategy and certainly not when it comes to the advertising that's created to leverage it. After all, how you can you bond to brand that's lost in the crowd?
Which is why believe that strategy and creativity are inseparable. We know it's often much more difficult to figure out what to say than it is how to say it. And that the largest creative challenge begins the moment the strategy pen is picked up.
So we put our collective thinking (yours and ours) and our creative product out front. Right behind it, those who create and craft it, which includes those who approve it. Followed by those nurture, champion, guide and produce it. And lastly, our company.
Hence, the name &WARREN.
Bob is the Warren behind the &. He's an ad brat. His father was a writer and had his own agency for 28 years. But Bob launched his career on the frozen tundra and in the creative hot-bed of Minneapolis, becoming an international award-winning writer and creative director.
After moving to Atlanta, he not only guided the award-winning creative department of Sawyer Riley Compton, but helped the agency evolve from a little-known agri-industrial based agency to the #1 ranked business to business agency in the world. An accomplishment that lead to the agency soon being hired for their creative product by consumer brands, as well.
Later, as Executive Creative Director at Fitzgerald + CO, Bob guided the creative resurgence of the agency's Coke work and co-created what Coca-Cola proudly calls their best outdoor brand campaign ever.
So there's nothing about advertising Bob isn't totally passionate about. Business to business, financial, agricultural or consumer. Digital, TV, print, radio, guerilla, in-store, out-of-home, long copy, short copy or no copy.
Simply put, he thrives on solving client problems in the most unique, effective way possible.
As Bob's former boss and friend, heralded Minneapolis creative director Ron Anderson, once told him, "Bob, you're a sucker for building things. You honestly don't believe that opportunity can't exist for anything to be built into something special."
